Liverpool have completed the signings of defenders Mamadou Sakho and Tiago Ilori as well as winger Victor Moses.
Moses, 22, spent three seasons at Wigan Athletic before joining Chelsea last August. He made 23 Barclays Premier League appearances for the Blues, scoring one goal, as well as helping the club win last season's UEFA Europa League. He has joined Liverpool on a season-long loan.
"First and foremost, I'm delighted to have made the loan from Chelsea to a big club like Liverpool," Moses told the club's website. "The most important thing is for me to be professional about it and I'm here to do a job for the club.
"The target is to get into the top four and for the club to compete in the Champions League - and I'm delighted to be here.
"There are a lot of quality players here - they're winning games and creating chances. It's a massive thing for me to be here."
Sakho, 23, joins from Paris St Germain, where he won the Ligue 1 title last season, and can play in the centre of defence or on the left.
The France international, who has won 14 caps for his country, has signed a long-term deal with the club.
"I'm delighted to be here. I'd like to thank everyone for the welcome," said Sakho. "I came here because the project that is in place at Liverpool interests me. I'm really looking forward to playing my first game.
"I'm really looking forward to cracking on with work and I can't wait to get on the pitch. I know the Liverpool fans are fantastic and while I was in France, it was clear for me to see they are amongst the best in England."
Ilori joins Liverpool from Sporting Lisbon, for whom he has made 20 appearances.
The 20-year-old, who was born in London, has represented Portugal at U18, U19 and U20 levels.
"It feels great being a Liverpool player - coming to the Premier League has always been a dream for me," he said. "I'm going to try and achieve everything I can. I want to play as much as possible and we'll see what the future holds. I will give my all and try my best to help the team."
Liverpool have now made a total of eight signings this summer following the arrivals of Luis Alberto, Iago Aspas, Aly Cissokho, Simon Mignolet and Kolo Toure.
Man City land Demichelis
Manchester City have signed Martin Demichelis from Atletico Madrid on a two-year deal. The 32-year old Argentinian will rejoin City manager Manuel Pellegrini with whom he worked at Malaga and before that River Plate. He will wear the No 26 shirt.
"I am delighted to have joined City because I am still hungry for success and want to improve," said the Argentina defender. "I have been in Europe for 11 years now and this was a great chance for me to play in the Premier League with such a big club."
Demichelis brings City a wealth of UEFA Champions League experience from his time at Malaga and Bayern Munich, where he played between 2003 and 2007 and with whom he won four Bundesliga titles.
West Brom bring in Amalfitano and Camp
West Bromwich Albion have completed the signing of midfielder Morgan Amalfitano on a season-long loan.
The 28-year-old will wear the No. 18 shirt after passing a medical and completing his move from Marseille. He has been with the current Ligue 1 leaders for the last two seasons, making 60 appearances and scoring two goals, while he was capped by France last year.
"I’m delighted to welcome Morgan to the club," head coach Steve Clarke told the club's website. "He is predominantly a right-sided midfielder who can also operate in a number of other midfield and attacking positions.
"Morgan is a technical player with good quality on the ball. He also has fantastic work-rate and we believe his game is well suited to the Barclays Premier League."
The Baggies have also signed experienced goalkeeper Lee Camp on a rolling monthly contract until January.
The 29-year-old Northern Ireland international, who has made 349 league appearances for Derby County, Burton Albion, Queens Park Rangers, Nottingham Forest and Norwich City, was signed after Ben Foster was ruled out for up to 12 weeks with a stress fracture in his right foot.
"Lee will bring experience and authority to the goalkeeping department," said goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely. "We have acted quickly in the wake of Ben’s injury and made a really good signing. Lee comes with a strong pedigree, having played at a high level both domestically and internationally."
Arnautovic strengthens Stoke strikeforce
Stoke have made their fourth signing of the summer with the acquisition of Marko Arnautovic for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old Austria forward joins from Werder Bremen and has signed a four-year deal. Since succeeding Tony Pulis as manager Mark Hughes has so far brought in Erik Pieters, Marc Muniesa and Oussama Assaidi with a deal for Juan Agudelo in January agreed.
In 44 Bundesliga matches Arnautovic has scored nine goals and also found the net on seven occasions in 28 appearances for his country.
Hunt moves to Palace
Crystal Palace have signed defender Jack Hunt from Huddersfield Town.
The 22-year-old right-back, who has been with the Terriers since he was nine, has signed a four-year deal with Palace after moving for an undisclosed fee.
Hunt made his debut for Huddersfield in 2011 and made 44 appearances for the club last season, helping them survive relegation from the Championship.
Chelsea sign Atsu
Ghana striker Christian Atsu has joined Chelsea on a five-year contract.
The 21-year-old left-footed player has been at FC Porto since 2010 and last season he made 17 appearances to help the side with the Portuguese title. Atsu will be joining Vitesse Arnhem on loan for the rest of the season.
